Policyholder Portal

The Policyholder Portal allows the policyholder to initiate and complete the application during the new business process flow. A secure registration function enables the policyholder to self-register on the portal by creating a user account to securely access their information.

The Applicant Portal serves as a messaging hub to manage communications between the policyholder, agent, underwriting tele-services and the Underwriter. The new business process flow for e-issuance delivers the welcome letter and the policy package to the applicant via the portal. On acknowledgement and acceptance of the policy, the Applicant Portal transforms into the Policyholder Portal and enables all Policyholder Self-Service functions. Once the policyholder has created an online account, they can access self-service functions that include:

  • Billing
  • Coverage management
  • Dependent/Beneficiary information management
  • Endorsements for other demographic data changes
